A 14-building apartment complex will fill a housing need in an in-demand part of the Township.
The Board of Supervisors on April 6 approved a tentative Planned Residential Development on Coolsprings Drive. The 14-building, 308-unit multiple family dwelling would occupy 13.9 acres in the area, which is near the Cranberry Springs development.
Featuring on-street parallel parking and off-street, covered garages, the development will also feature a clubhouse, pool, sport court, dog park, and four parklets. It offers pedestrian connectivity to the surrounding Route 228 corridor.
The Board approved the development following a public hearing on March 30.
