A 14-building apartment complex could soon come to an in-demand part of the Township.
The Board of Supervisors on March 30 heard public testimony on the tentative Planned Residential Development on Coolsprings Drive. The 14-building, 308-unit multiple family dwelling would occupy 13.9 acres in the area, which is near the Cranberry Springs development.
Featuring on-street parallel parking and off-street, covered garages, the development would also feature a clubhouse, pool, sport court, dog park, and four parklets. It will also feature pedestrian connectivity to the surrounding Route 228 corridor.
The Board will consider the development during the April 6 meeting.
