Developer Dominic Gigliotti, whose business properties are
scattered throughout the North Hills, is donating a parcel of land totaling 15.5
acres to Cranberry Township. The property,
which is topographically challenging to build on, is immediately adjacent to
the Township’s Public Works Operations Center.
Upon completion of the associated Preliminary and Final Subdivision processes,
the Township’s Board of Supervisors will accept the gift. Final approval is scheduled for the
Board’s September 6 meeting. The
Township has not announced plans for developing the properties.
