Developer Dominic Gigliotti, whose business properties are scattered throughout the North Hills, has donated two parcels of land totaling 22.7 acres to Cranberry Township. The properties, which are topographically challenging to build on, are immediately adjacent to the Township’s Public Works Operations Center. The Township’s Board of Supervisors, in accepting the gift, scheduled final and official Preliminary and Final Subdivision approval for their September 6 meeting. The Township has not announced plans for developing the properties, which run along Rt. 19 and are zoned SU-1.
