Action on a final land development application for two more residential phases of the Park Place neighborhood project will be considered by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at its December 7 meeting. The two combined phases will add 41 single family homes and 54 townhouse units to the development. At the same meeting, the Board will be asked to consider approving lot line revisions for a separate part of the project. Approval would be the last action required by the Board before building permits can be issued for the two phases of Park Place. Although no timetable has been presented, construction of the new homes is expected to get underway by next spring.
