On the first Wednesday of each month beginning in September, drop in for a guided meditation meetup!
Join us for easy yet effective guided meditations to de-stress, still your mind, and experience inner peace and joy. In this class you will also learn how to meditate at home and learn to be in balance.
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is beneficial and open to everyone from all ages. It is easy and anyone can do it!

Join poet John Conte for a poetry workshop!
John will lead attendees through the process of writing a poem collaboratively, and discuss his role leading workshops in personal care homes in western PA. His book Visions of the Past Through Poetry is a result of poetry workshops led by John which helped residents socialize, relax, and relive visions of the past through poetry and their encapsulating storytelling.

Cybersecurity: Keeping Yourself Safe Online
Join the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities for Cybersecurity Awareness Month to learn how to protect yourself online by using secure websites, creating strong passwords, being aware of what you put on social media, and tips for shopping online safely.
